My first gift guide of the Holiday Season is here! I wanted to do this one first because Thanksgiving is coming up and you may need a few ideas to bring to your host or hostess on Turkey Day! Coming up with a hostess gift can be difficult. It’s so easy to fall back on a great bottle of wine and trust me, I do that all the time and have no shame in my wine game. During the Holidays however, I try to put a little more thought into what I’m bringing and whom I’m bringing it for so I put together a few things I’ll have on hand for the Holidays this year.
You probably already know when your Holiday parties are over the next few months so now is a great time to assess the calendar, and buy ahead of time so you’re not running around the day of the party looking for something, or grabbing a bottle of your own wine as you dash out the door.
A candle is always a safe bet and this Nest one has the most lovely Holiday scent I’ve ever smelled and looks festive in any style of home decor. For friends of ours that recently moved into a new home, these striped coasters from Nordstrom or these festive antler ones that are at SUCH a great price would be a great hostess gift. If all else fails, gourmet food or treats are another easy option. I always get some treats like this specialty hot chocolate from Williams Sonoma or these peppermint patties for Austin’s colleagues. Have a savvy girlfriend throwing a swanky party? I do, and this Chanel book is on my list to get for her! What is your favorite gift to bring for the host or hostess? I’d love to hear some more ideas! Happy shopping and as always, thank you so much for following along! xo
