Top 10 Travel Essentials

August 17, 2015

I hope you all had a great weekend! We have a few trips coming up so I wanted to share some of my travel essentials with you! I secretly love packing for vacations, most likely because it involves getting super organized. I've been known to start gathering and packing weeks in advance of a trip. Don't judge. What are your travel must haves? Here are a few of mine--have a great week! xoxo

1.) A Great Book: I just finished this and am currently reading Primates of Park Avenue. I also love vacation reading with my Kindle Fire. NO GLARE and you're not lugging heavy books around!
2.) One Truffle Clarity Clutch- TSA APPROVED! Not to mention it looks MUCH more chic than a ziploc and fits into just about any tote or carry-on. Just saying!
3.) Sunnies- My current faves are these and these.
4.) YSL Lipstick- This formula goes on like a gloss but wears like a lipstick. #9 is a light pink color that is perfect for beach days!
5.) Travel Perfume- My two favorite fragrances are this and this.
6.) Biossance- this is the IDEAL product to take with you because it is so versatile. I use this nourishing, plant derived moisturizer to replenish my skin while traveling and as an after sun hydrator. It's weightless, odorless and has a silky smooth texture. It's made of plant-derived Squalane which is a natural moisturizer found within our own bodies so it's designed with our own biological footprint in mind. I've been using this product for one week now and have gotten tons of compliments on my skin and can visibly see an improvement in hydration, fine lines and texture. This literally feels like the most luxurious serum and I love that its sustainable and plant-derived. Click on the link to check out Biossance for yourself! You won't be disappointed.
7.) Laura Mercier Face Brush- This brush can do it all- bronzer, powder, blush, highlighter....whatever! I always use this as my bronzer and highlighter brush which eliminates the need to pack both. Plus it has a short handle so it fits much better than longer handled brushes.
8.) This Backpack- I find myself wondering if I need this in my life. I haven't pulled the trigger yet however having my hands free while shuffling a toddler through the airport seems to make sense, right? Plus, I'm not 'dressy airport girl'. I'm much more, 'sporty airport girl' because if I'm sitting on a plane for hours on end I just need to be comfortable which usually means leggings and sneakers. I really want to be 'heels and skinny jean airport girl' but I just can't. Sigh. #airportstylegoals
9.) Credit Card Holder- no need to be George Costanza on vacay. I like to lighten the load with a simple credit card holder while traveling.
10.) Evian Face Spray- I'm KIDDING. Seriously though, I saw someone whip one of these out on a flight and part of me was thinking she was a genius(her skin did look all fabulous and glowy after all) and part of me was super jealous annoyed.

Is there anything you ALWAYS travel with? Share with me in the comments! As always, thank you so much for following along! xoxo
